The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) was again recognized by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) on Tuesday (October 29) for having the highest compliance and resolution rates for customer feedback coursed through the CSC’s Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) for the year 2023.

The award was received by the Officer-in-charge of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Strategic Communications and Agency Operations Service (AOS) Director Lara Duran.

The efforts of the AOS and its DSWD Central and Field Offices’ counterparts have been instrumental in fostering a responsive and accountable environment, ensuring that customer feedback is received and acted upon in a timely manner.

In 2023, the DSWD also received the same recognition for its outstanding performance in addressing customer feedback.

The DSWD’s yearly recognition underscores its dedication to continuous improvement and responsiveness to the public it serves.

Launched in 2012, the CCB aims to promote accountability among government agencies by providing citizens with tools to report feedback on government frontline services.  #
