Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian meets with Task Force Sama Bajau on Thursday (August 10) at the DSWD Central Office to discuss ways to strengthen efforts on reaching out indigenous peoples in street situations.
The meeting was set by the DSWD Field Office National Capital Region as part of the implementation of the agency’s Oplan Pag-Abot in NCR and to protect families and individuals living in the streets from any hazardous and untoward incident. #
