Personnel of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office-2 (Cagayan Valley) send assistance to stranded passengers in Batanes on Thursday (July 25).
Some 25 strandees in Basco and three in Sabtang received family food packs (FFPs) from DSWD FO-2.
One box of FFP contains essential food items, including rice, canned goods, coffee, and other necessities, designed to help sustain families during this difficult period. #
