Maria Teresa Espera, a community volunteer of Barangay Somal-ot, Casiguran, Sorsogon, monitors the mangroves which were planted during the Cash-for-Work implementation under the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan – Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS).
