A team of social workers from the Department Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office 3 (Central Luzon) visited and handed out on Thursday (October 19) cash assistance to the loved ones of Grace Cabrera, the fourth overseas Filipino worker (OFW) who perished in the Israel-Hamas conflict.
