DSWD closes repacking centers in NCR, Cebu; beefs up Samar-Leyte hubs

To accommodate more in-kind donations for Typhoon Yolanda victims, the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has opened a Donations Desk at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium located at M.
