Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Rex Gatchalian presents the Oplan Pag-Abot program of the DSWD to the members of the Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) on Tuesday (August 15).
The DSWD chief wants to strengthen the reach out operations, especially among the indigenous peoples (IPs) roaming the streets during the “ber months.” The IPs are also possible victims of human trafficking. # (DSWD August 15, 2023)
