applicants are advised to inquire from the concerned embassy if there is a need for them to secure an authenticated Travel Clearance. If so, the applicant should notify the DSWD Field Office who issues the clearance so that the Field Office can transmit the clearance directly to the Department of Foreign Affairs for authentication.

The transmitted travel clearance should bear the following information:

  1. Specimen signature of the travel clearance signatory
  2. Date of transmittal
  3. Control numbers of the travel clearance being transmitted
  4. List of names of applicants who were issued the travel clearance being transmitted

For more information, please call the Program Management Bureau at Telephone numbers 951-7438 or 931-6115 or the nearest DSWD Field Office.
