It was recalled during the rally of Barug Katawhan members who blocked the national highway of Compostela Valley on January 15, 2013 claimed to have been deprived of government service. However, upon negotiations with their leaders, Barug Katawhan agreed to provide DSWD with the list of beneficiaries, the places where they come from, the distribution plan and focal persons from them with whom the DSWD will coordinate.
