As resource persons, the former DSWD senior officials, considered experts in their fields, will assist the heads and supervising social workers of selected centers enhance their knowledge and skills on managing cases of center-residents. Through the project, DSWD social workers will be able to analyse and develop the appropriate intervention for each resident that will ensure his/her optimum development.

The five centers selected for the E-CMS program are Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC), Nayon ng Kabataan (NK), Haven for Women, Jose Fabella Center and Sanctuary Center.  These centers provide residential care to disadvantaged and homeless children and youth who are orphaned, neglected, abandoned, abused and exploited; abused and trafficked women; unattached older persons; and persons with disabilities (PWDs), respectively. ###
